Made in the Factory

What the factory has actually built

A factory is judged by what comes off it. Here is the whole portfolio, with honest status on each item — no store links until there is a store page, no “launching soon” on things that are not close.

Mobile game · iOS & Android

Inktide

A multiplayer territory-capture game: you spread ink across a shared board and hold what you take. Built by the Factory, shipped by the Factory.

  • Territory capture, played against other people in real time.
  • Built and shipped through the same pipeline as everything else here.
  • Release is being prepared — store links will appear on this page the day they exist.

Stigmera Fluent

Real-time translation for calls: it listens to the conversation and speaks the other language back, in sync, while the call is running.

  • Listens to a call and speaks the other language back while the call is still running.
  • Windows desktop, built for the case where subtitles are too slow to be useful.
  • In development — no public build yet.

Stigmera Live

A streaming studio for building in public — the app we stream with. Dogfooding is the point: if it is not good enough for our own broadcast, it is not done.

  • The studio we use to broadcast the $1M challenge.
  • Dogfooding is the point: if it is not good enough for our own stream, it is not done.
  • In development — no public build yet.

Every product here carries the same mark: built by the Factory. That means the work went through tickets, agent sessions, enforced gates and a reported deploy — not a person copying generated code into a repository.

The first product

The factory built itself

Before any of the above, the platform became its own first customer: it deploys its own updates through its own pipeline, blue-green, and reports on each release. That is the proof that matters most — a factory that cannot build itself cannot build anything else reliably either.
