The $1M challenge

Building a portfolio in public

We are building products with Stigmera Factory, live, until they earn $1M. Not one app and not one lucky hit — a portfolio, and the factory that makes it. Every counter on this page is real, and a zero is shown as a zero.

The frame

Why a portfolio and not one product

A single app reaching a million dollars is a lottery ticket, and the arithmetic of ad-funded games says so plainly. What is not a lottery ticket is throughput: how many products you can take from idea to shipped, how fast you learn from each one, and how cheaply the next one gets built.

That is the thing worth watching, and the thing worth measuring. The challenge is a public bet on the factory, not on any one product coming out of it.

Rules we hold ourselves to

  • Real numbers only — including the bad ones.
  • No projections presented as results.
  • Failed products stay on the record.
  • The factory builds it; we do not quietly fix things off-stream.

What you will see

Agents at work, and the numbers they move

Products getting built

Inktide and the rest of the portfolio, going from goal to shipped release — including the parts where a gate rejects the work and it goes back.

The factory building itself

The platform ships its own updates through its own pipeline. Watching it improve its own delivery loop is half the show.

Money, when there is money

Revenue appears here when it exists, from the source that pays it. Until then this line stays empty rather than optimistic.

What we can honestly show today

This is the whole list. Revenue and stream metrics join it when the first stream and the first dollar exist — an empty slot is more honest than a placeholder.

The day counter starts with the first stream. We will not backdate it.
